Dubai Heavy Equipment and Trucks Free Zone

The HETZ was established in the Warsan area in Dubai on a 7.3 million square metre site. The free zone will be operated in a similar way to DUCAMZ and will have all the facilities required for importing, servicing, and re-exporting trucks and commercial vehicles. HETZ is also managed by the JAFZ.

The zone has been designed to accommodate for a large number of smaller companies according and has several areas for commercial, public auctions, heavy equipment and spare parts in addition to other general services and facilities. As the HETZ will function under the umbrella of Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority.
