Green Community Village

Union Properties is developing a Dhs. 650 million (US$ 177 million) integrated community village project at the Dubai Investment Park based on ecological principles. The company will be the first in Dubai to introduce 90 year lease contracts for expatriates at the Village which will have 700 residential units. Construction began in 2003.
