Atlantis the Palm: Jumeirah

Nakheel LLC and Kerzner International Limited are developing Atlantis: The Palm, a destination resort and vast water-theme park, which is expected to extend the Atlantis brand into one of the fastest growing tourist destinations in the world. The first phase of Atlantis, The Palm is an estimated US$ 650 million development project that is expected to include a 1,000-room luxury hotel and water-theme park situated on 2.4 Km of newly developed beachfront. It will be located at the center of The Palm, Jumeirah, a US $1.5 billion land reclamation project in Dubai.

The Atlantis water-theme park – the largest in the region - will also include one of the world’s largest marine habitats, a snorkel trail, a swim with the dolphins encounter program, an array of water slides and The Dig, an Atlantis-themed “archeological” experience.
