Who
are the organisers of Corporate Dubai 2005?
Corporate
Dubai 2005 is
organised by International Event Partners Ltd (IEP)
a British company founded by Dan Morrissy and Raymond
Cahill who together share over 15 years of extensive conference
management experience gained with some of the world’s
largest event organisers. IEP has offices in both London
and Cairo.
IEP
has vast experience in organising events dedicated to
enhancing investment in developing and developed countries.
The founders were instrumental in organising Moscow
Invest 1998, Iran Invest 2000, the first -
ever Caspian Banking Summit in 2003 , and both Egypt
Invest 2003 and Egypt Invest 2004 held in November
2004 Cairo.
IEP
has also assisted multinational agencies such WAIPA, the
World Association for Investment Promotion Agencies, with
the organisation of the WAIPA conference in Geneva
2004 and also assisted UNCTAD with the organisation
of UNCTAD XI in Sao Paolo, Brazil in 2004.IEP is
currently organising further conferences in Egypt and
Sudan as well as other more specialist conferences in
Africa and the Middle East.
IEP
investment conferences have been developed to enable foreign
and local investors and venture capitalists to listen
to experts and freely discuss with Government representatives,
leading businessmen and entrepreneurs in the host country
about the investment and trading climate and the challenges
ahead, especially new investment projects, export opportunities
and the ways to remove barriers that can restrict investment
and trade.
There
is considerable follow through leading to the next IEP
conference- all conferences are assumed to be annual events
but with differing topics, new speakers and participants
each year. In between conferences IEP posts regular email
and website updates and participants are invited to send
their feedback – or any questions to IEP –
during the year. Speakers’ presentations are also
made available on the IEP website for each conference.
The
philosophy that guides IEP in organising investment and
other conferences is simple:
- The
aim is practical and quick outcomes that benefit participants
- We
provide updates and support up until the next conference
- Participants
are a community that will gather again in one year to
hear progress reports and new topics , not a rehash
of the previous year
- Participants
opinions are highly valued and will be energetically
sought
