NetWave implements its Retail Management System in 500 ‘Nile Tel’ branches

The ‘Nile Tel’ project was launched according to the agreement between Vodafone Egypt, SFD ‘Social Fund for Development’ and Nile Engineering for Projects company to provide the Egyptian young graduates with an opportunity to run and soon own business centers which offer a wide variety of services including e-Government and Vodafone services.

The solution was implemented by NetWave (net-wave.net), the leading e-Business solutions provider in Egypt which has extensive experience in providing online solutions.

Using its Retail Management System, NetWave implemented the solution to manage the total back-office and Front office operations of the Retail business of these branches and the headquarters.

The project supports the government objectives to offer new job opportunities for the youth by establishing these business centers all over Egypt, especially in rural areas like upper-Egypt, Sinai and the Canal cities.

The project outlets are offering services to the public like, Vodafone cards and lines, E-Government Services like issuing official documents and paying bills, besides other services like Xeroxing, photo printing and communications services. The project branches are expected to reach thousands over the coming 2 years.

The NetWave Solution manages and connects all the branches and offers real-time information flow to the headquarters regarding operations in warehouses, distribution, points of sale, marketing activities and accounting as well as many real-time reports.
